Background

International Consulting Corporation «Gostew & G», «G & G» for short, was established in 2005 as a small audit firm with only three employees. Firm occupied an office of 46 square meters. First two years were dedicated to market analysis, advertising efficiency analysis, studies of management performance that can help to increase the amount of agreements on audit and accounting support. Besides we actively implemented business applications on 1C basis and company founders were engaged in writing their own version of accounting management program that included management and control of audit services sales, accounting records maintenance, accounting recovery and tax consultations, as well as accounting as itself and quality control system.

We shall note that during the crisis of 2008 “G & G” Audit Corporation not only increased its volumes but was able to provide its employees with 30% salary raise, and in 2011 salary was increased by another 30%. We plan to develop the tendency of increasing capitalization and salary amounts further on.    

During the period of 2007 corporation was able to increase the capitalization amount by 2,5, and from January 208 to December 2009 this amount increased nine-fold. In 2010 corporation was transformed into a network of audit companies and gained international status.
